These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Turnkey Growth Systems website and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Turnkey Growth Systems provides marketing technology services including AI-powered websites, missed-call textback, follow-up automations, and AI voice/SMS employees. Deliverables and timelines are detailed in a separate written agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, obtain lawful consent from your own customers before enrolling them in messaging campaigns, and comply with all applicable laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC requirements).

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are described in your service agreement. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

4. Acceptable Use

You will not use our services to send unlawful, unsolicited, or misleading communications, or to promote SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco), cannabis, illegal substances, gambling, or high-risk financial products.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website (excluding client-provided content) are owned by Turnkey Growth Systems. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual results and may not be typical.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turnkey Growth Systems' total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend services immediately if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
